The indoor pool area is a fun tropical vibe and the staff are super friendly. Noise from the hallway can be bothersome, especially at night. Loved the ping-pong table in the pool area for family fun.

The indoor pool area is impressive, with a tropical vibe and plenty of seating. The carpeting in the hallways feels outdated and could use replacement. Enjoyed the ping-pong table for some family fun. Check-in took longer than expected due to staff being busy.

I couldn't believe how dirty everything was. The hallways were a wreck with peeling floors, and our room had a sock on the chair and stains everywhere. Worst part? The TV had no sound, and the staff were incredibly unhelpful.

The Wingfield Inn & Suites is conveniently located across from Cracker Barrel, making meals easy. The indoor pool was beautifully designed and a hit with kids, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Clean rooms with comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. We'll definitely return!

The breakfast spread is a smorgasbord of yummy choices, and the indoor pool invites you to lounge like a boss. The staff is friendly and seem genuinely eager to help you.
The key situation was a bit of a hassle.

Just an optimal selection for a walk in evening in Elizabethtown with best value for money ratio. Very clean room.

The games room was fun and kept us entertained. Unfortunately, the hot water was out during our stay.

Great location, perfect for our travels from Louisville to Bowling Green. The staff was generally helpful, but some seemed a bit cold. The pool area was a hit with the kids, though the hours were frustrating since we couldn’t swim until after breakfast. The décor had a nice tropical vibe, but the facility felt dated and in need of upgrades. Our room had issues: sticky floors, worn-out mattresses, and a dodgy TV. A hot tub would really elevate the experience. Would recommend it with caution, particularly if you have pets—communication about pet policies was lacking.

The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the abundance of pillows provided. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a nice touch, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room had a strong scent of cleaning agents, which triggered allergies for me and my companions. The moldy smell in some rooms and inconsistencies in room features stood out as negative aspects. One particularly bothersome issue was the lack of hot water for my shower on multiple occasions.

The room was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness and pleasant scent throughout. the carpet had some mysterious stains, which was unsettling, especially with a toddler running around. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. Noise levels were manageable, apart from some racket from the pool area. The breakfast offered numerous fresh choices, which was a bright spot. I felt safe staying alone, though check-in was a bit slow. Some staff members were friendly, but the reception experience could definitely use improvement.

This hotel is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants like Cracker Barrel and Texas Roadhouse, making it super convenient for dining options and just a short drive away from several attractions like the Hardin County History Museum and Freeman Lake Park, which was beautiful and relaxing to stroll around; the room was comfy with a clean atmosphere and good amenities, but the breakfast needed better management and food options available during busy hours.

The location is close to restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast has plenty of options like eggs, sausage, and waffles.
It was a bit pricey, but not unreasonable.

Decent stay with significant potential. The newly remodeled breakfast lounge is stunning, and the pool area resembles a tropical escape. the scrambled eggs and sausage were cold, likely due to the frequent lifting of the lid. Staff performed admirably, though the check-in process was frustrating—waited nearly 30 minutes with no one at the desk. Room began renovations, yet many details were overlooked. An unpainted door and a bathroom door knob falling off marred the experience. The pool was overcrowded and lacked supervision, raising safety concerns. While the breakfast was generally good and well-stocked, improvements are needed in the logistical execution. With some changes, this place could shine.

The pool area gave us an island vibe, and the delicious breakfast had a wide variety, including pancakes, waffles, and sausage. The staff were super helpful, even jumping our car when the battery died.
Felt fine, no complaints

I walked along the L & N Turnpike route like a noble and enjoyed the Single Barrel Bourbons. I relaxed while having a gourmet meal, appreciating the natural splendor.
I absolutely adored tripping on the peeling floors in the breakfast area.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the winery tours and outlet shopping nearby. The staff were cool and the breakfast was lit! Our room was comfy and quiet, perfect for chilling after a fun day out.
Could use a more lively nightlife scene for us young party animals! .

Chose hotel for nearby museum. Pleasantly surprised by free full breakfast at the Cracker Barrel restaurant.
Issues with smoke alarm, noisy dogs, and fluctuating water temperature.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The hotel was clean and the pool area was a hit with the kids.
Our room was not as secure as we had hoped; a personal item went missing even with the do not disturb sign on the door.

We were delighted with the clean and comfortable rooms. The indoor pool area was beautifully decorated for the season and offered a relaxing space to unwind. Additionally, the complimentary hot breakfast was a wonderful start to our day. I'll recommend this hotel.
